So, this year’s event brought back so many memories,” he said.
Kagere remembered that his very first introduction to the club helped him grasp the immense scale of Simba and the responsibilities that lay ahead. He was inspired by the massive crowd, understanding the significant task before them, and it pushed him to work even harder in training.
Now, Kagere encourages current players to put in their best effort to leave a lasting legacy that fans will remember. “That’s what I can tell the current players: work hard so they, too, can leave their mark to be remembered.”
